"Please understand that your WONDERFUL attitude made our lives so much easier…usually, because I suppose most film crews are like an invading army, location people are the people you have to work against rather than work with and to know that you were happy to have us invade you for the day made the experience so much more pleasurable. THANK YOU."

"Kitchener-Waterloo is an ideal choice for film and television locations. Only an hour away from Toronto, its proximity to the capital of Hollywood North is ideal. The area is full of settings that can easily become a turnkey solution to any location requirements, whether it is warehouse space, scenic backdrops or period architecture. Most importantly, however, the municipal and government staffs are very accommodating and make shooting here easy and efficient."

“Kitchener is an ideal city to do any type of filming. I find it very film-friendly with administration, local residents and store owners. The general look is very diverse, you have ‘old world’ buildings and ultra modern buildings such as City Hall. The ability to come into a town like this and bring in lots of equipment and lots of lighting and do something like a music video with loud music has been very successful in Kitchener. It is definitely a “red-tape-free” kind of place to work. Everyone is always willing to go the extra distance.”
